Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting our growing business by managing our executive’s business and personal lives and ensuring that both run smoothly.  This position requires both technical and personal skills, as our Administrative Assistant will often act as the first point of contact with people outside our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with executive and take on responsibilities to conserve executive’s time
  • Procure goods and services; manage suppliers from sourcing to completion
  • Carry out background research and present findings
  • Research and write business correspondence
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, including bank statements, business filings, credit cards, and patents
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Oversee management financial statements
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Contribute to team effort by taking on additional responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

  • A university degree or college diploma and 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Literate in finance, accounting and corporate governance
  • Write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally
  • Complete multiple tasks accurately, independently, and on time
  • Expert G Suite and/or Microsoft Office skills
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity
